Just over two weeks till Maidstone Wind Symphonys opening concert of 2014. We will be joined by trumpeter Huw Morgan to perform Richard Rodney Bennetts concerto and saxophonist Tim Watson to perform Peter Meechans Fenix Blue. The concert will open with Richard Wagners Overture from his famous opera The Flying Dutchman, before we conclude with Ferrer Ferrans epic take on the tale of Pinocchio in his symphonic suite.
