Just purchased small river house from an estate and there is a bunch of old stuff in here that dates back a ways. We are going to renovate the house and are going to dispose of whats in there now. This table and chairs is there and is very heavy wrought iron and made very well . The link I found for the manufacture is frankandsoninc/ This is an octagon table and 4 chairs, best offer gets it. One chair has a tear and I believe the coverings are leather. Theres also a late 50s or early 60s refrigerator there that I was told works, but since theres no power right now I cant verify that. I think its too inefficient to use today with the cost of electricity. ( would probably be 300-400 pounds of scrap metal or garage piece ) Each chair weights about 25 pounds each and table is probably 45-50 pounds . Would be nice retro type furniture and yes thats a rotary dial phone in beige that was used there on the table ( most likely still works, made in U.S.A. )
