Just read a ministers views on X subject. I agree that we should stand against sin. We should guard ourself from sin and putting ourselves in situations we know will leads us down that road. My issue with this persons view point is lack of compassion. We fail we fall short we sin, but God calls us back and forgives us more than 70x7 times. Call sin sin, but dont condemn them and basically make it an unforgivable sin. It is ok to preach the Word, but use compassion and thought. The ones Christ calls vipers and hypocrites were the Religious Elite, who made rule to bind and burden down they Jews, but never lifted a finger to lighten it. Who tithed of herbs, but things of value called them gifts. It is easy to proclaim sin unforgivable, its easy to say how it should be, but use wisdom and love. I want to be that Christian that can explain sin, but also show you the love and compassion. When we condemn a sin as unforgivable we have placed our understanding above Gods and place ourselves in direct authority over God. We are in a dangerous place if we get there. GOD BLESS!
