Just recently I walked into a room where there was a beautiful, fragrance. I am not sure I had experienced something like this before, but it was both sweet and very pleasing to me personally. Today as we begin another week, God is going to put us into many different situations and places and around a lot of people. Read what Paul says about this with me from Ephesians 5 vs 1,2, Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma. From 2 Corinthians 2, But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. Friends, today and throughout our life we have the honor of being the fragrance of Christ, to all He puts us around. Through our character and speech, showing forth His love and shinning forth His truth from our life we bring the sweet aroma of a life that is being transformed for His glory. Sadly, though we can be a skunk at times, may that be less and less as we mature in His love, truth and presence! May the aroma coming from our life be honoring to Him!
