Just saying: If you are running as a Republican, why would you associate your campaign with the democrats in a primary? This candidate is running as Republican for State Superintendent. I went to the State Superintendent forum this weekend, and he appears to be mainly for Charter funding and not the entire K-12 structure. Not sure I agree with all of that. He said nothing about decentralizing the effects of Race to the Top and I heard nothing about how he would improve the teacher evaluation process. He wants all school systems to mandate the creation of a charter school within 5 years but then he complains about the funding structure for K-12. His plans are in conflict with the reality of the funding formula.
