Just saying, you try to cover every aspect when updating a phone - TopicsExpress

Just saying, you try to cover every aspect when updating a phone and there is always something not quite presented clear until you get the bill. Now that I have experienced it I will share. You can get a discount for working with a company that uses Sprint. Mine was 22 percent (nice), so I will suggest if you have sprint call them to see if you qualify. If you have an AOL e-mail you will get a discount. Make sure prior to renewing your contract with Sprint that you still qualify for the discount because your bill will go up if you dont verify after the 30 days. From what I understand they are verifying every existing contract. You will have to present documentation like a pay stub. Something to think about when shopping around ask if the provider gives discounts and calculate if you will get a discount or loose one. Although I lost my discount it will only give me GREAT joy to think they will have to pay out more than my 22 percent by everyone getting their deserved discount if they dont already have them. My husband and I discussed the bottom line with the numbers we were given at the store prior to purchasing the phone and the discount verification was NEVER brought up. It is verified because of the new contract. It is in the contract but I forgot that I was getting a discount in the first place so by reading the verbiage in the contract would not have helped me remember. We were specific on what we wanted to pay per month and feel the salesperson should have gone the extra mile like I do in my sales for the customer since they do it everyday. He was looking at my bill while we were calculating everything and should have disclosed the discount because it is clear on the bill. I am an unhappy Sprint customer! P.S. I received a medical bill for something I was told was 100 percent covered by the insurance company prior to service. Guess I will be at it again on Monday. I need to keep to my discovery, first you have to have some knowledge about the subject then you have to speak to an average of 3 to 5 people who handle the same thing everyday to get a somewhat accurate answer, then there is the CONTRACT which is usually worded that you have to be an attorney to understand how they are REALLY using the English language. Sad!! Feel free to share or comment. Hope this helps someone.
