Just seeing what is out there! I have a large 2 bed END TERRACE CORNER HOUSE so it has a lot of potential for an extension on the side etc. it has its own driveway. Down a very quiet cul de sac in chapelfields, its at the end near grange lane and most of the houses down the street are all bought and I have several lovely friendly neighbours! Such a quiet street and my garden backs onto farm fields too. The garden is a huge corner garden ! Just had an outdoor tap put in aswell. We have a big living room with an attached dining room which could have a wall or separator put in to be made into a 3rd bedroom. The kitchen isnt that big but there is a 2nd fixing for a dishwasher to be able to be put in. Both bedrooms one is huge and the other is a standard double room, The hallway and stairs have just been newly plastered and new lino flooring with plastered ceiling and new skirting boards have been put in in the hallway. There is an attached brick outhouse and shed on the side of the house too Bathroom and kitchen would need re decorating but theres new flooring in both.. Wanting a move as I really do not have the time to get the house to its full potential as I know it could be lovely!!
