Just something I noticed.....270 people on this action group page, only max of 15......post or comment or rather seem active....maritzburgers (not too sure on this one, about 10500 members)......are the rest just waiting for the shit to happen in their own backyard (maybe there are some that are active, this I know) but nowhere near the amt of members that this group portrays to have, ......have a voice....@ least!......Another thing ...people are always going on about race & politics...whether one likes it or not this is a fact.....Woodlands is a Coloured township as deemed fit by the previous regime, just as eg Imbali is termed a black township......just as is Northdale (Indian) etc, etc,......so called because of its majority members or citizens.....Now as suggested earlier on by one of the action group members, (directed to all who seem to be ok with this saga) ...why dont you try and go build a house on a vacant piece of land in Imbali ....just curious as to whether you can or have the balls to do that without fear of retribution and I use this word because as far as Im aware, land invasion is still a crime in this country.....and when people use the term these people make note of this ...everyone on earth uses this term loosely to describe or make reference to a certain group of individuals that are perpetrating whatever act it maybe......so get off your high horses of morality and help unite a Coloured people mobilise them and usher them in the right direction, help to empower them, not disenfranchise them with loosely based comments of bias.......we are Coloured and rightfully proud of our mixed heritage.......how long are we gonna allow people of govt. and other sectors to continually abuse our mixed heritage to a point where we lose our identity and sit forever on the parameters of our so called democracy...stand up be counted....take charge....go in your numbers to the next meeting......To those more affluent, well educated , influential people in our beloved community of Woodlands, see, hear and listen to the strife of your neighbours, become leaders and take the bull by the horns before the situation becomes irreversible.......Coloured people and all other members WOODLANDS, UNITE....become a community!......Oh and if anyone finds the need to debate my post whether it be political or on racism ....BRING IT!
