Just spent time putting down rubber mats in the stall with Shiloh, to keep him more comfortable. He is in ok spirits, the cast is large and unwieldy for him, but he is managing so far. One issue of concern is support limb issues, ie the back leg that is doing all the work is under increased strain right now, and the horse cannot lay down. So we are keeping a watch on him, getting meds in him, and hoping for the best as we try and save his life. Thank you for the well wishes!
