Just the simple fact every traffic law violates are natural right of travel and also the 4th amendment which states we have a right to freely travel throughout this whole country without being randomly stopped questioned and detained which every road block and just about every traffic stop violates. All traffic law falls under uniform commercial code which only deals in commercial transactions stating it only restricts those driving under commerce. Commerce meaning you getting paid to drive anything other then that is expressing our right to travel. Now do you get paid to drive to the store? Or go do anything personal? No probably not but yet you get pulled over for it and ticketed if you break traffic law/ rules but the legal definition of traffic is drivers in commerce. Which you can look up in the blacks law dictionary they dont speak in english but a twisted form to trick you which is legalese. To blindly consent to their contracts/laws unknowingly. The only way a law/contract is valid is if both parties consent to it meaning you and the state or your and the federal government. But I dont get a letter in the mail everytime a new law or bill is passed in which governs my free life. There are thousands of laws/contracts none of us directly consented to they are all fraud but you first have to figure it out because they will try to act like its not true until you stand your ground and they back right down. The traffic law thing they have no jurisdiction over you to judge you for a crime under commerce when you never acted under which when pointed out they have to prove it wrong in which they cant. The law code UCC 1-308 under protest states a law cannot violate our rights. You can find all kinds of people online showing cases getting dropped left and right using that code. Via Nick Northrup
