Just thought to update yall with what Ive been doing :-) Ive started my internship for about 3 weeks already - apologies for the lack of updates! One thing I managed to do today was to sit in for the CREATE Audio Workshop and the audio engineer Yan was sharing videos of amazing amazing artistes (such as Jessie J, SuperHeavy & Manifesto) and those videos really inspired me to be a better performer. It really encouraged me to put in more thought in my performance, to be disciplined and have that focus when we perform. To treasure every moment we are given on that stage. This morning, I was inspired. Project Amber is a band - a joint collaboration between Jammerz Arena & Replug. Give this a listen; it gave me goosebumps and it was SO good. I dont really share videos but when I do, its because it inspired me. This arrangement of 2 beautiful songs is just simply genius. Yan also taught me one thing today: be appreciative of whoevers standing on stage bc they took the time to prepare the item for you. I have never thought of it that way but it came to my mind that its only when you start opening up to listen, you become inspired and you learn what you might not have known before.
