Just throwin it out there... Liv went to a boys house yesterday... you know, for like a playdate...errrrr...a hang out...or whatever you call it!!! Oh BOY...I wont be going into great detail here... I think its best for everyones privacy in such matters to be intact. We dont know the people and so I had to go and meet the Mom as I dropped her off. I wondered if she was nervous as I was but she was very nice so I allowed Olivia to stay for ONE hour... I wasnt sure if I should divulge that Liv has Aspergers or not...and I didnt...and I think that was the right decision. We are heading into unchartered waters here, people... Bear with us! My husband and I had a talk with her beforehand...about what was appropriate and not and Olivia was quite flabbergasted at our candid discussion... He is beside himself about this stuff but, I have to say, he was really quite good about it... (frankly, I was hysterically laughing on the inside listening to him stammer about boys and girls...and stuff...but I think it was just my own nerves...oh MAMA, I felt like nervous goat!!!) ...and then I privately reminded him about what he was doing at this age...
