Just to clarify: I have approached the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on many occasions to ask for help and support. I was sent away with no help at all. They could not help me with any of the practicalities, and I was told from Victim Support that because my dad was murdered before 2010 I was not entitled to any support from them. Our MP, Tobias Ellwood, ignored my emails and phone calls to his office, and only responded to me when the BBC contacted him.
