Just to vent before I go to sleep! I DESPISE VERIZON LAND LINES! Every time it rains, snows or wind blows our phones go out. I usually wait 3-4 days and its fixed automatically. But they wont credit me any days lost unless I CALL EVERY SINGLE TIME. Seems like they should be paying ME! I so dont have time to explain this EVERY MONTH!
