Just today , I had an intense conversation with followers from all camps . Them : Peggy-Ann , do you believe Theo will build the new Medical Center Me: Yes, he will build the new Medical Center, including negotiations with key specialists to work in this new center . Them: How you know? Me: Proven results from the past. Remember the Harbor was built , but it was an entire other thing to get FCCC to agree to funnel ships here ! #negotiationskils Note that the discussion stayed away from the aspect of financing etc. Which I believe is an important one. The SMMC should be built without incurring any unreasonable-acceptable debt for this Country. Im surrounded by hurt , pain and suffering all day long, and have held the hands of too many loved ones as they lay their sisters , brothers, fathers and mothers in the cold wet ground! Sorry!
