Just took Bob, our 1998 VW Cabrio convertible, to run a few errands. We bought it for our daughters to drive back in 2002, and actually sold it to our younger daughter. Now shes got a new-ish car, and Im just supposed to be selling it. Its got nearly 250k miles on it. It has an exhaust leak, a ripped roof that needs replacing, and upholstery that looks like somebody let a tiger loose in it. But, boy, did it feel good slipping down the highway on this 80-degree spring day! I could only get $1000 or so for it. Maybe I should just hang onto it. . .
