I was happy to see that slightly more than half the students in my Constitutional Litigation course are students Ive taught before, either in first year Con Law or in Family Law. Maurer isnt that big, so a certain number of repeat customers are inevitable, but it still makes me pleased. (My other class will be an undergrad poli sci course on LGBT politics, a topic I first taught at IU back in 1996!)
