Just two days after the Pentagon forced 650,000 civilian workers to take the first of 11 days off without pay (one day a week through September), the Army ordered its SECOND batch of televisions (totaling more than $80,000) for the terrorists imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay. CNSNews reports that the prison is also looking into hiring seminar instructors to teach terrorists watercolor painting, Adobe Photoshop, and Arabic calligraphy, among other things.
