Just two months ago I weighed 260lbs now I weigh 229 and without really trying I lost 49 the only thing I did for real was eat smaller portion eat ice mostly drink water or tea and start dancing more I just realized that weight loss isnt just physical but also mental if u encourage yourself its possible. My next goal is to get in da gym get more active and turn my remaining weight to muscle and by summer be showing abs off
