Just want to recognize this amazing woman who I am fortunate enough to call a client/teammate/friend with Just4Show. She is what fitness and health is all about. No bashing others methods, no cliques, just has her goals, does it the right way, and treats everyone with respect. As you can tell she did/does CrossFit, worked out with other trainers for other goals, is all about a fit lifestyle. I get so annoyed seeing people bash different fitness and diet methods, as long as it it healthy and you enjoy it, do it! And just look at her!!! Fit, healthy, strong, gorgeous, respected, respectful.
