Just want to say my piece on the whole Ched Evans saga. I completely agree with rehabilitation and I cant comment on wether he did it or not. But he was convicted something which is hard to do in rape cases. He is now out on license. Yes get a job by all means but I completely disagree that he should be able to sign for a football club. This is a job in the public eye where these footballers are supposed to be a role model for children and others alike. A convicted rapist is hardly any kind of role model and a club who wishes to be associated with a convicted rapist in my book spent say much about them as a club. You wouldnt have a thief or a pedo employed by a football club why is this any different? Just because he was famous once that makes him exempt from the regular way we see things and exclude him from been treated the same? IF he is innocent then appeal and get the conviction overturned and then maybe you will be accepted back with more support. I dont know if he did or not and this is just my views. Rant over !!!!
