Just want to shout thank you God for saving my best friend. On Saturday I FB about my friend Cassandra Upton and ask for prayers from everywhere. When the kidney specialist Dr. Berry told my Cassandra that the wreck I had that caused us to WALK the Mercedes Marathon and not RUN it SAVED my friend from having a heart attack. Cassandra creatin level was nearly 20,000 which means the amino acids that your body produces when you EXERCISE should have been under 300 or so but her were over the roof. This can cause kidney failure. So for right now Cassandra is grounded from everything. 😟 So she will not get to do our first tuscaloosa mayors cup half marathon. My son Chace Hagler said he would do it. God love EM. I learn a lot through this experience with my friend and will watch for the signs for now on. Cause when she gets better we will RUN OR WALK FOR LIFE.
