Just wanted to share this with you friends. I had someone contact me a few days back and told me they had a few people tell them Id been posting Christian comments and due to that theyre not voting for me now after saying before they totally supported me. After careful consideration Ive decided to clarify my views and hopefully help anyone with a questionable opinion of me to make your decision: Ive spent my entire working career in public service from my days at Community Action where I helped people all over the county to find meaningful employment and get their education on top of many other things including managing the Pike County JobSight which received national attention for promising practices. Ive helped start and operate food pantries and other non-profit entities as well as serving as President of Shelby Valley Medical Clinic as well as being vice-president of Big Sandy Healthcare. Ive worked with large budgets, managed multiple programs and employees with great success, and all while being honest and true to my beliefs. I have the knowledge, the experience, the ability, and the heart to make your clerks office as good or better than any other in the state. This being said please understand me when I say I appreciate your vote but also know that I refuse to compromise my beliefs, my values, or my morals in any way and if thats what it takes for your vote I sincerely understand that you have to vote for someone else. Ill still be there to help you if I can.
