Just when this girl from the banks of the Chattahoochee was sure Eleanor and William Scott taught their children every thing there is to know about fine dining,,,,, What utensils to use for each course, the difference in plate sizes, how to set the most elaborate of tables, always use cloth napkins, what that little round thing at the top if your place setting was (salt cellar), which glasses are for water, which for wine, tea, and of course...only water is served in the silver goblets...etc...then WE GET INVITED TO A RACLETTE PARTY ?? A WHAT ?
