Just who is running CNN? The pioneer in 24/7 news is relegated to a 24/7 Malaysia Talking Heads outlet. While it is a mystery and a great deal of sadness for the families of the victims why has it become virtually the only news piece of the once-vaunted station? While this have been going on others things have taken place; -Russia had invaded and annexed Crimea and has designs on Eastern Ukraine -rockets have been launched regularly from Gaza to Israel -there are now 1,000,000 refugees from the Syrian war against their own people -the Supreme Court has elevated the uber-wealthy to the status of super-citizen, discarding the one-man/one-vote law of the land. In theory it still exists but in practice billionaires with their political agendas (either side) can buy elections legally -even the 2nd Ft.Hood shooter has not derailed CNN from their obsession with MH370 I dont know about the rest of you but I just cant watch CNN anymore. I will rely on my news sources; the local news outlet such as WGN News, Chicago Tribune, and New York Times...and just having acquired Netflix and a Smart TV I am now obsessed with Orange is the New Black for my amusement. CNN is done.
