Justin Hanby is swimming the English Channel on Monday. In the process he is raising funds for the Black Dog Institute as well as raising awareness around mood disorders... In this documentary he talks about his challenges, training and his message to those watching. We also hear from Will Bonney from the Black Dog Institute, Vlad Mravec his swim coach and Trent Grimsey the world record holder for this crossing.
