K we were going to keep it a secret but cant. We have put a bid in on a house and now we are under contract. The good news is that the inspection was today and it went really good for being a house that is 35 years old. All of the major things have turned out fine so far. We are waiting to hear back on the Meth test and the Radon test but all the major things like the roof, foundation, etc. look great. The big issue right now is that the Central air does not work but everything else looks great even the plumbing and the electrical. We are going to push back on the sellers to try and get the central air fixed or replaced and should know sometime next week after we get the other tests back. If all goes well and as planned we will be closing on Nov 6th. We will be having a big house warming party when its all done.
