KADUNA HOME OWNERSHIP SCHEME Kaduna State Government today revealed plans to inaugurate a Home Ownership and Mortgage Scheme dubbed (Kaduna H.O.M.S). Faced with the ever increasing need to provide adequate accommodation for the citizenry, the State Government realizes the need to assist the citizenry in meeting their shelter aspiration as well as facilitate the creation of long term and sustainable wealth.... The Scheme is a home acquisition mortgage scheme completely funded by Government and targeted at first time home buyers in the State and tenure is between 10 and 20 years.
