KAZI (NO.3) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION Our client, a well established insurance agency located in Ongata Rongai have an opportunity for suitably qualified candidates for the administrative assistant position who are able to: 1. Handle administrative duties relating to an insurance agency enterprise. 2. Use technology including computer, internet, social media and telephony to manage client needs in communication, telesales and general customer needs. 3. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media and reach out to clients to verify account information. 4. Liaise with underwriters in all matters relating to clients policies and needs. 5. Offer front desk customers service duties of welcoming clients warmly and ascertain their needs or reason for visiting or calling. 6. Work with customer service officer to ensure proper customer service is being delivered at the front desk and gather client feedback. 7. Assisting with all aspects of office administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics and storage 8. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other internal support materials activities 9. Sending out and receiving mail and packages and Performing multifaceted general office support 10. Ordering office requirements and receiving deliveries 11. Do basic selling to the work-in, online and calling customers 12. All Day-to-day operation matters. Requirements 1. Excellent office management training and skills coupled with business administration or other related. 2. Must be a good communicator have numeracy, typing and IT (Microsoft Office packages) skills 3. Minimum age 28 years but below 45 years. 4. Minimum of Grade C- Minus in KCSE with very strong marks in English and mathematics, 5. Mature, responsible and able to manage business development all round activities, administration and team members 6. An unwavering interest in helping people and a team player 7. Presentable and pleasant person who is polite and tactful 8.
