KBR is currently seeking to fill 22 TCN Monitor Escort positions to support AFCAP in Qatar. Successful candidates must be ready to deploy in less than 30 days, and must have a current or recent secret clearance. Job description: KBR is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Laborer Lead. Reads and interprets instructions and procedures. Escorts personnel on-base from front gate to various work locations. Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site. Prepares construction sites, pours and spreads concrete, sets forms, and/or finishes surfaces. Participates in routine and turnaround plant maintenance projects and activities. Supports plant production activities in receiving and shipping materials and products. Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties and activities as directed. Typically no special knowledge or experience is required. Skills may be required through on-the-job training. Must have commercial or documented military experience and qualification on DD Form 214 in Air Force Specialty Code or equivalent Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) used by the US Army or US Marines, or US Navy equivalent. Must have or be able to obtain a US Secret Clearance. Additional requirements: • Must be fluent in English • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining • Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity It should be understood that employment may be located in potentially dangerous areas, including combat or war zones. This might involve the possibility of suffering harm by dangerous forces or friendly fire. These dangers are inherent to working conditions in a dangerous environment.
