KDevotional: OUR TALENTS! This has really hit me over the last few weeks. We are all given TALENTS by the hand of GOD. Mine is business and Comedy... making people laugh and smile. When i was SAVED I offered a sacrifice to GOD by stopping comedy.. because the humor was crass and it didnt feel right. Every time I wrote.. HE WOULD NOT LET ME I hit that ceiling! So i stopped to get my home in order and my relationship right with GOD! Now over past few weeks... I been getting that entertainment itch again. Ive been asked by other comics even my own FATHER said ARE YOU COMING BACK? REALLY YOUR DONE?! And i have toyed with it before but didnt feel write... until tonight, jokes have been just coming to me. CLEAN and FUN! LIFE and REAL! Now IDK if the return is ANYTIME SOON but it is in GODS will that my TALENTS will be used again! Says so in the BIBLE. And since thats the TRUTH.... My soul has never left comedy, heart never died... now the body needs to be RESURRECTED and only by GOD that Can and WILL HAPPEN! #back2basics Romans 12:6 Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; 1 Timothy 4:14 Do not neglect the gift you have, which was given you by prophecy when the council of elders laid their hands on you.
