KEY POINT OF THE DAY: Do less, and train better. Everyone wants to do the fancy stuff first and forgets most of your gains ( Weight loss, strength, speed etc ) come from doing the basic things well first. Heres a simple acceleration drill using the harness. Which allows an athlete to chase their center of gravity and get into the correct angle.
