The 3rd graders had a big turnout this year and were forced to field two separate B teams, and had no choice but to divide them evenly to try to make it fair to both squads. No one is cut, and everyone must play, so at any given time well have three or so kids on the field who would rather be at 7-11, as a few apparently said in the midst of todays game -- while on the field. Tough break for those kids who take these losses hard, especially those running the ball, as some of those blocks are just not forthcoming this year. Sorry boys. Those bumps and bruises will be gone by Thursday, hopefully, and well tee it up again on Sunday.
