Kabimba Confirms How He Hires Cadres to Demonstrate Out of favour Patriotic Front Secretary General Wynter Kabimba has confirmed that cadres only demonstrate when they are paid money. Kabimba, who is also Justice Minister, ironically supported cadres’ demonstration against cabinet colleague Given Lubinda said he had evidence that senior PF officials were paying cadres to demonstrate against him. “Wherever you have heard cadres lining up for demonstrations they have been paid to do so,” he said. “I know and I have evidence of people that have traveled from Lusaka to go to Kasama, to go to Choma that have traveled from Lusaka to go to Kitwe with monies to go and pay these cadres.” Kabimba added: “So I am not hallucinating I have empirical evidence and I have got people that can give evidence to that effect. So this idea of thinking that you can be doing evil and others do not know is really unfounded.” The once mighty chief executive officer of the ruling party is currently on the receiving end of nationwide calls for him to resign or be fired for failing to organize the party. The cadres also accuse Kabimba of being arrogant.
