Version 1.0 on the 50th anniversary Congress of the International Organization of Urban and Regional Planners (ISOCARP 2014), was held in Gdynia, Poland. In one of the most important events of the year in the field of urban and spatial planning, leading specialists, academics, and private and public sector representatives covnened from 50 countries around the world. The Waterfront concept was developed under the leadership of Oleg and Sergei Gulevskogo. From eight countries on four continents, the firm Vasyutin was selected from a field of the nine best ideas and projects, as well as the best construction of embankments. In addition, example projects demonstrated how the coastal zones of Auckland (New Zealand), Basel (Switzerland), Antwerp (Belgium), Varanasi (India) as well as others were displayed. The presentation took place at the plenary session of the marathon Waterfront Project, moderated by Amos Brandeis, an Israeli architect and Honorary Ambassador of the International Fund of the Rivers (based in Australia). The architect, Karina Davletânova, who was Executive Director and a member of the creative team of the of the Kaliningrad Workshop 4, presented the concept. On the exhibition stand of the international forum, the Kaliningrad team also placed an informational poster, which described the ideas. On September 26, 2014, an international jury chaired by the President of ISOCARP and noted architect Prof. Milica Bažič-Brkoviča, chose the best presentation award for The Best Waterfront Project Award. Версия 1.0” на 50-м юбилейном Конгрессе международной организации городских и региональных планировщиков (ISOCARP 2014), проходящем в настоящее время в Гдыне. На одном из самых главных событий года в сфере градостроительства и территориального планирования собрались ведущие специалисты, академики, представители частного и государственного сектора из пятидесяти стран мира. Напомним, что концепция, разработанная под руководством Олега Васютина и Сергея Гулевского, была выбрана в девятке лучших идей и проектов обустройства набережных из восьми стран, расположенных на четырех континентах, наряду с проектами береговых зон Окленда (Новая Зеландия), Базеля (Швейцария), Антверпена (Бельгия), Варанаси (Индия) и других. Презентация проходила в рамках пленарной сессии «Марафон проектов водного фронта», модератором которой выступил Амос Брандейс, заслуженный израильский архитектор и посол Международного фонда рек (Австралия). Концепцию представила архитектор, член творческого коллектива-исполнителя калининградской мастерской 4+ Карина Давлетьянова. На выставочном стенде международного форума калининградская команда также разместила информационный постер с описанием идеи. 26 сентября международное жюри под председательством Президента ISOCARP, известнейшего архитектора, профессора Милица Бажич-Брковича выберет самую лучшую презентацию для награждения премией «The Best Waterfront Project Award”.
