Kansas Lottery, Mayor Jim Ford and Kansas Star Executives Participate in Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony MULVANE, Kan.—Kansas Star Casino officially opened the doors to its state-of-the-art event center today, completing the final step in the $330 million master plan of the property.
