Kansas Secretary of State is trying to talk overseas Democratic voters out of voting in the Kansas senate election by sending out a disclaimer stating that another ballot may be sent later with a new name on it (a Democratic candidate who doesnt exist at the time of the deadline - tomorrow) when no new ballot will be forthcoming. He also stated that the date of the deadline for voting may be pushed back (what gives him the right to do this???). This is the Kansas Secretary of State trying to help the Republican incumbent (Pat Roberts) win when the only other opponent (an Independent) is leading in the race.
