And having a job implies they are working without a SSN or valid work permit AND that they are doing a job that a U.S. citizen or resident could have. And with so many citizens and residents without jobs, it would be (HINT: It should be) a crime to give them licenses. WHAT AMERICA NEEDS FIRST IS TO SECURE ITS BORDERS..!! BEFORE IT EVEN BRINGS UP THE WORD IMMIGRATION AGAIN. THEN, WELL TALK ABOUT FINES, PENALTIES, DEPORTATIONS, AND CONCESSIONS.
