Kashmir not an integral part of India’ KBA and Separatists ridicule Jaitley 👉JKNN👈 🌿 Shaharbeentime🌿 Srinagar, Dec 4, CNS: Kashmir Bar Association and almost all the separatist organizations including All Parties Hurriyat Conference Thursday criticized Indian Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for ‘harping’ on integral part boggy. Jaitley had said that borders between India and Pakistan can’t be drawn again and Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India. Kashmir Bar Association said that Jaitley’s statement reflected that India is not at all serious as far as resolving the issue of Jammu and Kashmir is concerned. “It is not very encouraging in terms of India being serious to resolve the issue. Even when the Prime Minister of Pakistan extended his hands for friendship, they (India) chose not to talk to it. There is a difference between what they say and do,” the Bar said. Mirwaiz Umar Farooq led All Parties Hurriyat Conference while taking a dig on Jaitley said that, “India can’t always divert the attention from the issue by terming Kashmir an integral part of Indai. APHC said that it is history and known to the world that resolutions regarding Kashmir issue are in United Nations while India is acting like ostrich not daring to face the truth. Shabir Shah led Democratic Freedom Party according to CNS while echoing similar sentiments said Jaitley’s words are a clear proof that India with its ‘stubbornness and power of arrogance’ is reluctant to accept the historical realities.“By issuing such misleading statements, the history of Kashmir dispute cannot be nullified or altered; rather India, by keeping in view, the changing world scenario, should acknowledge the historical realities and initiate steps in resolving the issue as per the wishes and aspirations of the people of Kashmir,” the party said. Jamat-e-Islami in a statement also ridiculed the statement of India with regard to Kashmir and said that Kashmir is a dispute and in no way is the integral part of India. In a statement to CNS, the organization said that to play with facts and history is the habit of India.
