Kashs reputation as a competitive kick-boxer has been established so no need for me to sell snow to the Eskimos; however what may not be so obvious to many unless youve have had the pleasure to interact with Kash in person is his excellent effectiveness as a conditioning coach. The term role-model is often an over used cliché however in Kashs case its probably an understatement. Ive observed first hand the impact he has made on the lives of many of inner-city Birminghams troubled youth. Kashs motto in life seems to be Pay it forward and he gives back more to the community than he has ever taken.
