Kate Newton (Gold medalist) recommends Shape Up: My competition prep with Shape Up was enjoyable to say the least - I never cut my carbohydrate/fat/protein intake at all throughout my comp prep, and wasnt doing enormous amounts of cardio by any measure! My diet had lots of fruits, even, every day until the day of my comp. I rarely felt hungry and my meal plan was still (somehow) varied in my meal choices. Considering I only decided to compete 6 weeks out from my first comp, I couldnt believe I got to stick to this diet all the way through! My personal deplete lasted a total of two days, and my carb up went over 3 days. The food in my carb up was incredible... My body was full, healthy and energised when I stepped on stage, and getting to that point was easy. Not only that, but having post comp support was amazing. Shape Up prepared me completely for my comp and on the day I felt organised and prepared. My body has never been healthier, and Shape Up, and in particular Trent Minchinton, can claim full credit for this. I would not go with anyone else, incredible results from where I came from!!
