Keep striking the ground for victory is on the way. The whole principle of Elisha telling Jehoash to strike the ground and he would defeat the enemy, was to get across to him that you have go that little bit further to see your nemeses destroyed. But, Jehoash only struck the ground three times, when he should have struck it five or six times and he would destroyed his enemy completely. Are you looking for victory over a situation that has tormented you and has been a thorn in your flesh for many years? Well, dont give up, keep striking the ground, importunity will become a nemeses to your enemy. Then he said, “Take the arrows,” and the king took them. Elisha told him, “Strike the ground.” He struck it three times and stopped. The man of God was angry with him and said, “You should have struck the ground five or six times; then you would have defeated Aram and completely destroyed it. But now you will defeat it only three times.” 2Kings.13:18-19. Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James.4:7.
