Keep your pets away from Lilies, especially cats. Unfortunately we had a young cat, Howard die last week. He became ill nearly on his first birthday. There is no antidote. If you see your pet eat any, get them to the vet ASAP. If they get pollen on them wash it off very carefully, if need be take them to the vet for sedation to ensure a really good wash. Prevent your pet from licking itself. Once it has been absorbed the only really treatment is to keep the pet hydrated, but it can cause kidney failure &/or Pancreatitis, both can be fatal, and painful.
