Keeping It Real ~ Personal Insights: Many of you may know that I have struggled with anxiety over the years. Thankfully, I have learned to effectively manage it without medication, but even the most seasoned of us struggle with anxiety periodically. Tonight I could not identify the source of my anxiety & tried several techniques, without relief. Then I decided to go for a slow jog around the block. 30 seconds in & the anxiety was completely gone. So, for those of you who are looking for more ways to manage your anxiety, as cliché as it sounds, exercise is the best.
