Ken Cuccinelli is not going to be governor of Virginia? I think that is a very good thing. Cuccinelli disagrees with global warning theory and used his position as attorney general to intimidate University of Virginia professors doing research into global warning. It is nervy to claim that if people disagree with you they are committing fraud. It is stepping over the line when you use government power to second guess academic research and try to squash research you dont agree with politically. That is not conservative - it is radical
