Kenworth with CAT C15 tuned on 10th July has been pulling shipping containers in Road Train configuration. Same round trip and same driver each day for last 6 weeks doing around 800km per day. Driver says the truck is transformed, power and low down torque are great, engine runs much smoother just drives like a completely different truck, also a much better exhaust note. Most importantly fuel is averaging 0.15 to 0.2km further for every litre of fuel, saving the company around $2,000 per month. All this on an engine that has done 1,600,000kms with only a bearing roll.
