Kerowagi 1% for Development is being formed as a non organization with membership extended to people from all walks of life. Membership is open to all citizens of Kerowagi District in Chimbu Province of Papua New Guinea. The K_1%D will remain as a neutral body to address issues affecting Kerowagi as a district. As we contribute in our own ways to the well being of the country or elsewhere in the world, Kerowagi our home remains stagnant and will continue to remain this way for many years to come. There has never been a time before than now for us to ACT than to talk, to CONTRIBUTE than to criticize, to LEND a hand, offer practical solutions based on the people’s real development aspirations. Together we will achieve, and bring hope to our Beloved District. We can prove that development will only take place when we take a genuine step forward. There are many ways to bring real development… not just politics.
