Keshas Mom Suing Dr. Luke for PTSD: Report A new lawsuit has emerged in the messy legal fray surrounding Kesha and Dr. Luke. Keshas mother, Pebe Sebert, is now countersuing Lukasz Dr. Luke Gottwald, accusing him of mentally tormenting her by allegedly date raping her daughter, according to TMZ. TMZ reports theyve obtained legal documents that reiterate the claim that Luke raped Kesha in a way as not to be tolerated in a civilized society. The initial claim stems from the bombshell lawsuit Kesha filed in a Los Angeles court on Oct. 13. Just two weeks ago, Dr. Lukes lawyers moved to dismiss the portion of Keshas initial lawsuit against her producer that dealt with the alleged rape. The hit-making producer is maintaining that Keshas claims are an outrageous fiction she and her mother created to prematurely terminate Keshas contract with him. Hes also involved in a countersuit against the two, alleging defamation. This is just the latest in a series of bizarre, false allegations from Mr. Geragos, a rep for Dr. Lukes lawyer tells Billboard of the new lawsuit, referring to Keshas lawyer, Mark Geragos. In this new lawsuit, Pebe Sebert claimed her blood pressure is now at 265/180. According to TMZs paraphrasing of the lawsuit, the following example is also given as evidence of her PTSD: During a therapy session, [Pebe Sebert] would become hysterical and convulse to the point where she had to be medicated.
