Kia ora Whanau ..... what a journey! Back in Whangas, (hospital) - out for a few hours (home) to catch up on a few things. To all my family (& friends), thank you so much for the visits, prayers & well wishes ..... lifted me up when I needed it most. I had no way of responding to Facebook messages; Outcast Ministries bought me a Galaxy Note-pad thingy, but that was like buying a pair of steel-caps (boots) for a one legged man in an ars*-kicking contest.... I need at least a days lessons on how to use...... Still, nice gesture, and I got to play cards (a lot)! Im O.K. - seriously ..... radiation treatment to come, but hey - been there/done that - no big surprises there eh?! I stay in hospital overnight(s) but am allowed out on day passes; better than nothing..... (Im grateful!) Im heading out to our annual Xmas feast at Tokomaru with Marita, Whetu & the rest ..... thats my goal at the moment; keeping healthy for that one. So, there you have it! My lawns are long, the gardens over-grown, truck loads of work to do, but at least Im alive to do these things; I know what Ill be doing for the next week or so!
