Kind of funny that you can get an oral reprimand for passing envelopes for lotto on the premises of your state office when MOST of the rent paying tenants in the money losing state office building mall are doing 90% of their business selling cigarettes, sweetened drinks, and lotto tickets--to state employees! ...And most especially, that small group of suit and tie wearing guys who WROTE the work rule. Like that dude that tried to edge me out of line at lunch when I was buying MY powerball ticket! I guess they think like everyone else: when I win that $425,000,000, you can give me all the reprimands you want-- on my way out of the office!
